Jarabacoa is the city of eternal spring: a valley more than 500 metres up in the Cordillera Central, with cool temperatures all year, rivers such as the Yaque del Norte and the Jimenoa, waterfalls, rafting and access to Pico Duarte. Constanza, higher up, is the farming valley of strawberries and vegetables with even colder nights.
