Do all tourism projects have CONFOTUR?
No. Only those that applied and were approved. Ask for the resolution number and date, and confirm with your lawyer when the term starts: it runs from a project date, not from your purchase. Also note that the transfer tax exemption is for the first buyer; on a resale it normally no longer applies.
