What documents does a foreigner need to buy?
Usually a valid passport, your marital status (and your spouse's passport if you are married), an address and documents showing the source of funds, such as bank statements or the sale of another asset. If you buy through a company, its incorporation documents and the identification of its shareholders are also required.
