Can I buy without traveling to the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Many of our clients buy remotely: they tour the property by video call, review the documents by email and sign through an apostilled power of attorney granted to a trusted person or their lawyer. Payment is made by bank transfer. Even so, visiting at least once helps you make a better decision.
