Can I buy in the name of a company?
Yes. A Dominican company (for example an SRL) or a properly registered foreign company can own real estate. It is often used to simplify inheritance, separate assets or buy with several partners. It has ongoing accounting and tax costs, so evaluate it with a lawyer and an accountant before deciding.
