Does the real estate agency replace a lawyer?
No. The agency helps you find and compare properties, negotiate and coordinate the whole process; legal review and contract drafting belong to a lawyer. We always recommend hiring an independent lawyer who represents only your interests, especially for pre-construction, trusts or purchases through a company.
