Hills Residences – Bayahíbe Hills Residences is a residential project of 24 townhouse-style villas in Bayahíbe, designed for living, vacationing or investing. The concept allows you to start with an Essential typology and expand the property through different configurations and upgrades. The project offers several typologies, including Essential, Essential Duo, Family and Signature, with options of up to 4 bedrooms. Depending on the model, spaces such as a Family Room, terraces, tropical garden and jacuzzi can be added. The units include white goods, while the furniture and other accessories shown in the images are not included. Delivery is scheduled for November 2027. The payment plan sets US$3,000 for reservation, 20% upon signing the contract, 30% during construction and 50% upon delivery.
