What is a condo-hotel?

It is a project where you buy your unit with its own title, but a hotel operator runs it as a hotel room: front desk, housekeeping, bookings and maintenance. It usually works with a rental pool and has rules on how many days a year you can use it. It is one of the most passive options for investors living abroad.
