How much does a vacation rental manager charge?
As a reference, between 15% and 25% of gross income, depending on the services included: listing and dynamic pricing, guest communication, check-in, cleaning, maintenance and reporting. Platform fees come on top. Compare what each proposal includes, not just the percentage.
