Can I rent my property on Airbnb?
In many projects yes, but not all: the condominium rules may prohibit or limit short-term rentals. Tourism and tax authorities have also been regulating this activity, with registrations and tax obligations. Before buying to rent, get the condominium rules in writing and confirm they allow vacation rentals.
