Are off-plan units delivered furnished?
It depends on the project. Some are delivered with finished kitchen and bathrooms but no furniture; others, especially those designed for vacation rental, include furniture packages as standard or as an option. The contract should include an annex listing finishes, brands and everything included to avoid surprises at delivery.
