Is buying property in the Dominican Republic a good investment?
It can be: the country has record tourism, an economy growing faster than the regional average and demand from foreign and diaspora buyers. But each property must be analyzed on its own merits: price per m², rental demand, expenses, liquidity and future supply in the area. A good area does not turn a bad purchase into a good investment.
